Living Our Values Through Our Code of Conduct
At Centrient, our Code of Conduct is a foundational element of how we do business. It serves as a cornerstone of corporate integrity, helping to ensure that business is conducted legally, transparently, and in alignment with the company’s values. A strong Code of Conduct supports a culture of accountability and trust, guiding employees in navigating complex situations and making responsible decisions.
The Centrient Code of Conduct (CCoC) commits us to conducting business in an ethical manner. It enshrines our commitment to respecting the law and to living out our shared values of passion, accountability, collaboration, innovation and caring, as well as outlining laws, regulations and company policies that all of our employees must follow. This commitment extends beyond our internal teams to our external relationships through the Business Partner Code of Conduct, which strives to ensure that our suppliers and partners uphold similar standards.
To reinforce this culture of integrity, we also provide whistleblower protection through our SpeakUp hotline, enabling employees and stakeholders to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Together, these elements form a robust ethics and compliance framework that supports responsible growth and protects our reputation.
