Chief People and Transformation Officer

Genevieve Machin has extensive global experience in human resources, organisational transformation and operations across complex multinational environments. Her expertise spans the HR agenda, including talent development, organisational design, reward and enabling performance. Before joining Centrient Pharmaceuticals in June 2026, Genevieve served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the NATO Support and Procurement Agency. Her previous roles include senior HR leadership positions at Gates Corporation, CHAMP Cargosystems, and Avient.

Recognised for her practical, business-focused approach to people leadership, Genevieve is committed to investing in people, empowering teams and creating an environment where they can perform at their best. Throughout her career, she has led HR and transformation agendas across regulated, operational and international settings, helping organisations strengthen capability, improve performance and support sustainable growth.

Genevieve holds a Master of Arts in Russian Literature from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in German and Russian Language and Literature from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador. She also studied Russian Studies at St. Petersburg State University in Russia. She is Prosci-certified in change management, PRINCE2 Agile certified, and speaks multiple languages.
