  • High level of employee engagement, in top 25% for our industry by 2026

 

What we achieved in 2024 

 

  • Achieving an employee engagement score of 8.0 through our biannual engagement survey (THRIVE), edging us closer to employee engagement target (which requires a score of 8.1)
  • Continuing our biannual engagement survey to gauge our employees' experience working at Centrient
  • Enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) - our comprehensive employee benefits package - to support our employees' well-being, including Centrient Cares Day
  • Continuing our programmes to upskill workforce, including LEAP, Catalyst, and EDGE (new programme targeting potential manufacturing site heads)
