Phil brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished career spanning multiple sectors, with deep expertise in strategic leadership, finance, and operations.

Phil served as CEO of Diversey, a global leader in the hygiene and cleaning industry. Previously, he worked for Bain Capital Private Equity and held prominent roles at Brakes Group, including Group Chief Financial Officer and UK Chief Executive Officer for two years.

Before joining Brakes, Phil spent five years as Group Chief Financial Officer of General Healthcare Group, the UK's largest private hospital group.

Education

Phil holds a First-Class degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
