Shift Supervisor

The main activities and responsibilities

• Organize and lead the team under your responsibility.
• Follow up on actions and events from previous shifts.
• Monitor the process in real time, personally overseeing critical operations.
• Prepare and manage information from the various meetings attended.
• Control, ensure, and verify that production operations are carried out and documented in full compliance with GMPs and Centrient standards.
• Contribute to investigations and action plans related to quality issues, including complaints, deviations, and incidents.
• Ensure that all activities on site are carried out safely and do not pose any risk to personnel.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering, or a Higher Technical Diploma in Chemical Process Operations.
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
