Before joining Centrient Pharmaceuticals in March 2026, Faye served as Chief Executive Officer of Aurorium, a global specialty ingredients and materials manufacturer.

Faye holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, UK. In addition to her role as CEO of Centrient Pharmaceuticals, she serves as a Member of the company’s Board of Management.
